Cathay Health Management (CHM), a leader in Taiwan’s health management industry, launched several digital transformation initiatives in 2021. One of the most critical projects was the development of the Cathay Health Management Enterprise Service Platform (CHMESP). This platform was vital for CHM because corporate health check services, while representing the largest source of revenue, had lower margins compared to individual health check services. As part of the New Business Initiatives (NBI) team at Cathay Financial Holdings, we were tasked with designing CHMESP to drive growth in CHM’s corporate health services segment.
