Intro
This project was initiated in response to Taiwan’s “Trust 2.0” policy, which seeks to reimagine trust services as inclusive financial tools that serve the broader public—not just high-net-worth individuals. In collaboration with Taiwan Cooperative Bank, the leading state-owned trust institution, KPMG was engaged to design innovative service models tailored to real-life caregiving needs—such as elder care, support for individuals with disabilities, and financial planning for those in need. Through user research, scenario design, and prototyping, we developed actionable trust product concepts that make financial planning more accessible and meaningful for all.
